Mission Statement:

To assist my clients in achieving their fitness goals through a well balanced exercise program focused on core strength, balance and flexibility of the body.

Sessions will be held at a pre-determined location in the San Francisco Bay Area, convenient to both the trainer and the client. Weather permitting, outdoor training will be utilized. Any necessary equipment will be provided.

Train with Maggie in downtown SF at Diakadi Body,
in the West Portal area of SF at Back to Sports, or
at Lifestyle F.I.T. at 509 Taraval and 15th Avenues.

BS in Kinesiology: Exercise & Movement Sciences (Magna Cum Laude)
Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine
Certified in CPR/AED and First Aid for Infant to Adult
IDEA Professional Fitness Trainer
National and International Gold Medallist in Adult Figure Skating
Former Professional Figure Skater with Disney on Ice for 5 years

Payment and cancellation policies:

These are online rates. Ask about rates for cash or check payments paid directly to Maggie.
Private sessions: $87 per session.
Semi-private sessions: $50 per additional person per session (up to 3 additional people.)
Prepaid Packages available: 5 sessions for $395 and 10 sessions for $775.
Payment is expected at the end of each session unless a prepaid package is purchased.
24 hour cancellation notice is required. Lack of proper notification will require full payment for missed session.
Cash or checks are accepted. $30 returned check fee. After 2 or more returned checks, only cash will be accepted.
